Most fantasy advice is a guy telling you his gut feeling with more confidence than the data supports. This isn't that.

I've been profitable in fantasy for five straight years running — not "won a league once and never shut up about it," actually profitable, across a dozen-plus MLB and NFL leagues every single year, plus a handful of NBA and NHL leagues on the side. That's not a brag, it's the whole premise of this newsletter: the edge isn't a hot take, it's treating your roster like what it actually is — a portfolio of assets you're managing for return, not a fantasy team you're managing for vibes.

Here's what The Keeper Report actually is.

A one-stop shop for fantasy sports — all four of them. Baseball, football, basketball, hockey. Most fantasy content picks a lane and stays in it; you end up subscribed to four different newsletters from four different people with four different philosophies. This is one newsletter, one framework, applied consistently across every sport you play. How often you hear from me depends on what's actually in season — football's about to take over your inbox for the next several months, baseball picks back up when spring training does, and basketball and hockey get their own windows too. You won't get filler content in a sport's dead season, and you won't miss anything when it's live.

Where this is headed.

The near-term focus is season-long fantasy — redraft and keeper leagues, starting with football since that's what's live right now. But the real destination is dynasty: rankings, trade values, and advice not just within one sport, but across all four — including for the multi-sport dynasty leagues that most content out there completely ignores. If you've ever tried to figure out whether your dynasty football rookie or your dynasty baseball prospect is the better long-term hold, you already know nobody's writing for you. That's the gap this fills.

This is a two-way thing.

Got a trade you're weighing? A ranking question that's specific to your league? A multi-sport dynasty roster you want a second opinion on? Send it in. Reader questions — single-sport or multi-sport — become their own recurring feature. This isn't a broadcast; I'd rather answer your actual trade than write another generic top-25 list.

Why listen to me specifically.

Because I do this with real money and real rosters, every year, across more leagues than most people will play in a decade — and I've been on the right side of it consistently, not occasionally. I've got a genuine, borderline-unhealthy love of sports that predates any of this being a business, and that's the actual reason the track record is real: I'm not doing the research because I have to fill a newsletter, I'm doing it because I'd be doing it anyway. Turning that into something useful for other people is the fun part.

Portfolio Plays, Trade Corner, Bankroll Report, Draft Stock Watch — the recurring sections are coming starting with the next issue, timed to the season that's actually live. For now: welcome in. Send your first question whenever you've got one.
